About Jenny: Jenny Stevens is a Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner, birth doula and postpartum doula in Fargo, North Dakota. Jenny educates families on nourishment and natural childbirth, so they can conceive, fuel the growth, and birth their babies in strength, female empowerment and wisdom.

Jenny’s fascination with nutrition began when she was 8 years old reading the “News of Medicine” section each month in her family’s Reader’s Digest magazine. She loved anything related to nutrition and became enthralled with recipes and cooking. Being in the kitchen simply felt natural.

Leaping forward into her mid-twenties – Jenny married and became the mother of two daughters.  In her experience of raising her daughters, she had a front row seat of observing how her own perinatal choices affected her children well past their birth date. Jenny brings this life experience to her clients and their families in an effort to inspire health, wholeness and well-being in the next generation.
